We do not sell Google user data.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop service-related emails.

22. Data processing role

Where you upload customer contact data or use Profilic to send review requests on behalf of your business or client, you are normally the data controller and Horology Digital Ltd acts as a data processor.

Where required, we may make a separate Data Processing Agreement available.

23. Disconnecting Google access

You can disconnect your Google account from Profilic through the platform where this feature is available, or by revoking access directly in your Google account settings.

If you disconnect Google access:

  • Profilic may no longer be able to display or update your Google Business Profile data;

  • reporting, review monitoring and profile management features may stop working;

  • previously stored data may remain in your account unless deleted in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our retention practices.

24. Account deletion

You may request deletion of your Profilic account by contacting support@profilic.io.

We may retain certain information where necessary for:

  • legal compliance;

  • tax and accounting records;

  • fraud prevention;
